These papers are from the Frank Cheevers collection. They were rescued from the skip by the late Inspector Bill Hay when the old Euston Division of the London Midland Region closed in the late 1980s. Bill passed them on to Frank, who now has custody of them and kindly loaned them to the archive for copying.
