It covers the reporting year 2002/03, which comprised the 13 four-week periods from 31 March 2002 to 29 March 2003 inclusive. The report records how the rail industry has performed against the objectives in the Railway Group Safety Plan (RGSP) for 2002/03, and analyses progress in the key risk areas."
